제목: Zeta functions of various algebraic structures and their applications
초록:
Zeta functions and Dirichlet series, originally very powerful tools in number theory, have become important tools in various areas of algebra over the last few decades. In this talk, I will introduce the theory of zeta functions of groups, rings, and other algebraic structures, from its history to its recent developments. Furthermore, I will share how its recent developments gave rise to new perspectives on many central questions in algebra.
정수론의 강력한 도구인 제타함수와 디리클레 급수는 최근 몇십년동안 정수론을 넘어 대수학의 다양한 분야에서 중요한 도구로 사용되어지고 있다. 이번 강연에서는 군, 환 및 여러 대수 구조들에 정의된 제타함수 이론의 역사부터 최근 발전까지 소개하려 한다. 또한 이런 대수구조들의 제타함수를 활용한 결과들이 대수학의 여러 중요 문제들에 대한 새로운 시각을 제시한 방법을 보이겠다.
